Not only does this give you financial flexibility and no up-front credit check hassle, but should you decide to keep the building, it's yours after three years.

Rent to Own Details

• To enroll in the Dutch Barns Rent to Own program, you are required to make a down payment equal to two of your monthly rental payments.
• Since this is a rental program and not a loan, no credit check is required. You are renting a Dutch Barns building on a month-by-month basis for three years.
• The rental contract may be cancelled at any time with no obligation by simply calling Dutch Barns and requesting that the building be removed from your property.
• If you wish to purchase the building at any point during the rental period, you may do so by simply paying 60% of the remaining balance on your 36 month lease.
